Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions (Trail, Expedition, Pro) can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to all features and remaining signals until the period ends
• No partial-month refund is issued
• Your account is not deleted — you can resubscribe at any time

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. Within the first 14 days:

• You may request a full refund with no questions asked
• Contact support@getdeadzone.io with your account phone number

After 14 days, annual subscriptions follow the same policy as monthly: cancel anytime, access continues through the end of your paid period, no partial refund.

Signal Packs

Signal pack add-on purchases (Scout Pack, Ranger Pack) are non-refundable. Unused signals from add-on packs expire at the end of your current billing period.

Organization Accounts

Organization (Org) accounts with prepaid signal pools are billed on a custom basis. Refund terms for Org accounts are defined in the individual service agreement. Contact support@getdeadzone.io for Org billing inquiries.

Service Issues

If you experience a significant service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using your signals, contact us. We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and may issue signal credits or billing adjustments at our discretion.

How to Cancel

• Dashboard: Log in at deadzone.app → Settings → Subscription → Cancel
• Email: Send a cancellation request to support@getdeadzone.io from the email associated with your account

Cancellations are processed immediately. You will receive an email confirmation.
